Frequently asked
Answers to common questions.
Everything you might want to know before booking — about how homeopathy works at our clinic, what a first visit looks like, and what to expect over the course of treatment.
Getting started
Any recent reports, prescriptions, and a list of current medication. A short timeline of your concern (when it started, what makes it better or worse) is helpful but not required — we'll take you through it on the day.
Most first visits take 45 to 60 minutes. Constitutional homeopathy depends on a detailed history, so we don't rush. Follow-ups are usually shorter — 20 to 30 minutes.
The fastest way is to call us at +91 88063 56789 during clinic hours. You can also use the form on the Contact page — we typically reply the same working day.
Yes — we've offered teleconsultations since 2020 for follow-ups and for patients outside Visakhapatnam. First visits are best done in person where possible. Call us to arrange.
Treatment & remedies
It depends on the condition. Acute issues (cold, allergy flare-up, minor skin complaint) can resolve in days. Chronic conditions usually need 3 to 6 months of treatment, sometimes longer for complex or long-standing cases. We review progress at every follow-up so you always know where you stand.
In most cases, yes. Homeopathic remedies are typically integrative with allopathic medication. We never recommend stopping prescribed medication without consulting your treating doctor. Bring your current prescriptions to your first visit so we can plan around them.
Yes. Remedies are gentle and well tolerated by infants and children. Dosages and potencies are adjusted for age. We commonly treat colic, teething troubles, recurrent colds, ear infections, eczema, and behavioural concerns in young patients.
Homeopathy is generally considered safe in pregnancy when prescribed by a qualified practitioner. We coordinate with your obstetrician where appropriate. Common reasons to visit during pregnancy include morning sickness, anxiety, and minor infections.
Side effects are uncommon. Occasionally, a short-lived intensification of symptoms can occur in the first few days — this is usually a positive sign of response. We ask you to flag anything unexpected at your follow-up so the prescription can be adjusted.
Visits, fees & policies
Fees vary by consultation type (first visit, follow-up, teleconsultation). Please call the clinic for current pricing — we'll happily explain what's included and how follow-ups are structured.
We accept cash, UPI, and major credit/debit cards at the clinic. For teleconsultations, payment is collected by UPI or bank transfer before the session.
Call or message us as early as you can — ideally at least 24 hours in advance. We'll find another slot that works. We don't currently charge cancellation fees, but we appreciate the courtesy of letting us know so the slot can go to someone else.
Yes — your consultation history, reports, and any data you share with us are treated as confidential medical records. We only share information with other practitioners with your explicit consent.
